I love this post! Speaking of names being mixed up, have you noticed some Italian players in GPHM have Spanish sounding names? Laurent Diego Alves, for example. For roleplaying purposes, I pretend the player was born in Italy to an Italian mother and Spanish father.

Good call, moved to Questions & AnDERS (Hah! I kill me!) Time of free agents signing varies based on the speed of your game world. As Mattti pointed out, 0 to 5 game days is a good gauge, it covers slow game worlds as well as fast ones.

I don't think chronology matters, at least that's what I've noticed with free agents, so trades may be similar. Just because you get your offer in first, doesn't mean the CPU will accept it first.
