    I think Anders has done a great job.  We're told when our goalies are getting pooped or exhausted. He just needs to reflect that in his algorhythms. A goalie that's exhausted should have a higher chance of getting an injury and sustaining a longer injury.   Of course it's also based on his endurance rating.   The concept is in place, it just needs performance tweaking.
    What bothers me most is that experienced managers are exploiting this issue while beta testing just to win championships.
     
    That's a good way to lose good game testers.  It should be stopped now in my opinion for the benefit of the game. .

    So I'm seeing that as it stands that there is no sense to cut a player who you can send down to your affiliate.  That blocks available talent.  Add in that we have no waivers before sending a player down and we can see larger blocks of talent on affiliate teams.
     
    What if he salary of a player sent down was equal to 50% of their salary?    Yes, we'd still send players down who had multi year contracts most likely, but right now it makes no sense to cut a player and eat half the cap space when we can send them down and only eat 10%?
     
    If Anders can implement a waiver system the salary would also be 50%.  In other words you nab talent at half price thus creating a risk to sending a player down and having a route to help weaker teams and keeping owners honest?
     
    If something like this were to be implemented I would also suggest giving one full season's notice so owners could adjust their rosters over a full season.

    This was a known bug that could occur in certain circumstances, going to still leave the thread here instead of moving it to bug reports until Anders replies.

    I just did an end around.  I withdrew the offer on the player page and then made a new offer which is now showing on  the transfer page.
     
    Also, the notifications now on the manager page don't specify which player rejected a contract unless you click on the message.

    +1, especially for increasing the % you have to pay for players in you'r affiliate.
     
    what if drafted players are RFA, when they hit FA they become UFA and only RFA's can be send down? or incase waivers come only RFA's can be send down without waivers? Maybe also when players hit 26 they become UFA, regardless wether they are hitting the FA or not?

    Thanks for all your feedback and great suggestions in this matter. So what to do? The only thing I could do right now is to either turn on computer trading or to keep all computer trading disabled. And with that in mind and based on your feedback I'm going to turn on computer trading on Game World Dangles. However, I will continue to improve the trading AI starting with making key player untouchable on computer teams. But I will also give some of your suggestions a thought for future releases. Thanks!

    I've got a couple alternative suggestions involving no computer trading if the community supports it:
     
    The first option would be to just block computer in SHL and GHL. I remember when I was new and initially completely against blocking computer trades, it was because there weren't many active human managers so the majority of my potential trading partners was the AI. But once you hit the SHL, most human managers are active and therefore it's easier to find a human trading partner. I think this is a potential option would prevent any managers being cut off from participating in any trades.
     
    My other option would be that the game keeps track of the number of active human managers in each league. If say 1/3 (maybe a larger percentage would be better?) of the managers are active, computer trading would be disabled in that league. Vacationing managers should count towards the non-active managers. Whenever the system automatically switches between abling/disabling computer trading it would notify all league managers through messages just to keep everyone updated on rules. This option would also eliminate the chance that disabled computer trades block any manager from participating in a major part of the game. The messages might break a bit more realism, but in my opinon it's an acceptable trade-off to keep everything fair.

    There will be a new fast game world opening soon. Probably sometime this weekend. There will be plenty of time for everyone to join before simulation of day 1 will begin.

    All Star managers may now edit their affiliate teams as often as they like. All customisation, including usage of logotypes, of affiliate teams is now an All Star feature. However, all previous customisations by non All Star managers will be kept until the current manager resigns.  Bug fixes and improvementsWorld info and countdown is now clickable to reveal more detailed info regarding upcoming events. When world is simulating (flashing SIMULATING) more info regarding estimated finish is available when clicked (Note that it can take a few days before the estimated finish is displayed properly). Announcements (inbox message and countdowns) of trading deadline and when transfers are once again allowed. Youth draft has been moved to a later time (on same day) in order to allow last minute trading. The time of the youth draft is also announced as a countdown clock (see first bullet of this list). More detailed team finances/salary cap info on team page Improved and more individualistic player regression Improved player injuries with higher risks of injury if exhausted. Also small general increase of goalie injures. Adjustment of fatigue penalties. Increased for exhausted players. Decreased for healthy and high endurance players. Adjustment of player development rates to prevent unrealistic ratings for non top prospects.
      Computer teams now assign and recall players to/from affiliate teams. Small update on non playable team’s (including affiliate teams) color mascot, now displaying first letter on team’s name. Display of player stats on non playable teams (including affiliate teams). Player development will slow down if assigned to too low affiliate level. Player may be unhappy if assigned to affiliate even if on two way contract. Possibility to move players directly between affiliates teams.

    Agreed. You could also give him some experience in case of injuries, etc. I'm signing and assigning any prospects that I plan on playing on my team somewhere down the line. Others that I think won't make my team are left as is, though I guess it might help for me to sign them, get them to grow more, and THEN trade them.....might have to re-think that

    Sign and assign, no doubt about that. He will be better off playing with your affiliate team. Better training, more control and for the wage you don't have to think about it.

    With the last update goalies should now be more affected by fatigue. Before the update you could start your goalie even if exhausted without too much of a rating penalty. That's not the case any more. Exhausted goalies will perform much worse now. But it can be adjusted further, without a doubt. Especially when it comes to goalie injuries. There are almost no injuries to goalies right now and it's something I will have a closer look at for upcoming releases. Playoff performance and fatigue is another interesting subject.
     
    Regarding multiple accounts, Rainsilent is right. The game is designed for one account per person. But not saying it's anything wrong with creating more than one. But features and limitations will be developed with that in mind. And why adding the player numbers to the all star account? I didn't like removing a feature from the free accounts but it was a feature that suited the all star template, a customization feature that didn't affect your team performance. And I needed to make the all star more attractive since the game really needs the income to stay alive. Sorry if it disappoints anyone.

    I would love to see how things shake out if everyone is forced to use a backup goalie properly. I think standings would be vastly different and I'm excited for a chance to have a real shot now that I've groomed a good backup. So I agree that teams playing one goalie all season are cheating the system, but the new update may have fixed it. We still need time to see.

    I like the idea of a simple waiver system.  As a player can't be on a one way contract to be on an affiliate that makes it open season for them.
     
    Rank from IIHL to GHL and let the team that could afford the player grab em.
     
    I think that would stop any potential abuse and also help lower league teams potentially gain access to players they might not normally have a shot at.

    The restore is now finished and simulation will continue from late day 76. The last playoff game in GHL needs to be replayed, but as far as I can see the Fire Dogs has already won the cup title. Day 77 with youth draft will simulate later today.
