Also, one more thing - don't overlook this. There is no way I am trading any of my players at the moment to any of new promoted teams? Why? Becuase I am 99% sure they will get relegated. So, in a way, they can't trade their picks for players that will actually help them stay up. If they would retain their picks, that means they would be able to trade them for 90+ players right now, in a season where they actually need them. Just a thought.

There is actually so much difference between GHL and SHL for example, that restricting any kind of trade in between would actually be best idea. I would restrict pick trading in between leagues anyways, its way too abusable, especially the way it is working now.

To be clear - I didn't post this based on anyone's actions, just the whole logic of it doesn't make sense. Promoted team didn't gain anything much with the first pick in terms of having competetive team for the next season, becuase as things look now (something to adress as well?), it won't save them from relegation. They did gain something longterm, but in my opinion, it should be something relegated team gets anyways. I am just questioning the logic of the rule - I mean... do you guys realise what is happening? People are trading mediocre players for possibly best picks on upcoming draft. As a GHL team with some cap space, I can sign 10+ 85ish rated players on 2w contract and then trading them for SHL picks. I lose absolutely nothing here. Except a day or two to get a contract. So in the end, the GHL team doesn't end short of anything. This is super abusable and still doesn't make any sense to me.

Uhm, whats the logic behind that? Except its super abusable? I am trying to figure out why would that happen? I mean, shouldn't relegated team (when losing his whole team most of the time) have something to be happy about? And also something to build upon in the future? This way most people just quit. Not to mention, how easy is to trade some 2w free agents signed by GHL teams with SHL teams and then hope they get promoted and their picks become crazy worth? What am I missing here?

I am all for fair play and cooperation to make this whole game experience better and I find this to be good idea. I will go with the majority tho

Great idea and great work. I would suggest that we add screenshots of players, at least overview. I can crop them so you can fit them easily.

If you have, for example, your defenders set as offensive, do they take away shots from your forwards?

So, the battle for playoffs heats up the east... I must say that this Cage GHL is much more thrilling and competetive then Buzzer.
