I would say keep welcoming people, Eric. True, you may not get many replies right away, but if you make yourself known from the beginning, you might find those same managers you said hello to before will contact you in the future for advice. This has happened to me on several occasions.

I agree with Gator Raid, I'm not huge on micromanaging the minutiae. I like how GPHM has a salary cap and that's it. It's not about being the richest team, it's about having the right players to win a cup.

Definitely a good idea, Eric! Coaches have been suggested before, along with other staff like Scouts. There is no ETA to implement these into the game, but I know Anders and Tobias have it on their list.

Logos are nice, but I'm kinda digging the red and white A on my jersey for the Otego Arrowheads. Granted, the letter is a placeholder for a mascot, but there is a simple sleekness about the colorful letter.

Good point, Eric, I believe all the past stats are kept in the database on the server, but not visible to us GM's in game. This may become a feature in the future.

Not to state the obvious, but my understanding is that the waiver system still has some kinks to iron out. I'd say give it some time, I'm sure the development team is looking into it.

Exactly, d-men with high skating, passing, shooting, and puck handling skills are perfect for the SupportOffense tactic. I would also make sure they are associated with the Offensive player role, as opposed to StayAtHome. On a player's screen, you can view how strong or weak their roles are under the Profile tab.
