There should be measures in place to avoid any such cap problems in the first place. "Punishment" shouldn't even be needed.

Just a clarification of my earlier post: It wasn't meant to be a "This feature is obviously useless..since you can calculate it yourself". It was more of a quick-fix while Anders decided on if this is something to be incorporated into the game. Sorry if it came across that way.

I think the development update that came into play a few seasons ago is working its wonders. I agree, it might need to be dialed back a bit. Lumber's faster, so we're just seeing the effects much quicker.

I've done it before(did it just last game as well), I think it doesn't.

I've moved out a top FWD and still looking to move a decent C. Prospects have filled in those holes. Finished 4th last season, with a 1st-round exit...I want to make the playoffs and maybe...just maybe....make it past the first round. Trying to maintain a balance between fighting for a playoff spot and developing my prospects.

What team are you btw?

Well, most players on the market had been released incorrectly from their teams. Which is why I made the above post.

What do you mean by prepared for the season and lost everything?

I think it'll come down to your team and the Junkyard Dogs In terms of the season, I think my team's done pretty well! We barely missed playoffs last season, so definitely wanted to make a return. If we can close out the season strong, we might be able to secure ourselves home advantage for atleast the first round!

Yeah, I'll notify Anders. I did make a FA signing....I'll have to check if that was before or after....but either way, the familiarity should've increased by now...still no improvement.

Might be wrong, but I think it still auto-adds them. They're usually of lesser quality(not players that would actually make your team, let alone your starting lineup), so you'll pretty much always sign in and cut them right away.
