The point of the "Like This" button is for OTHER people to appreciate your comments. Let's leave that to them. Our job is to contribute to the community in a manner that makes it better. Liking your own comments doesn't serve such a purpose. We've had cases in the past like this, all it'll get you is a bad rep.

Definitely a fun aspect of the game. We obviously want a game that's realistic and all, but also want stuff like this as well to keep people happy and active. Its an online game, so definitely an important part.

We used have something like that in Hockey Dynasty. You'd have 3 spaces(don't remember # of characters for each...maybe 100 or 150) on your team home page to write whatever you want. Other people could also come to your page and leave a message as well. Its a bit different with team pages in this game, so it'd prob be implemented a bit differently. Maybe have it as a type of message that gets sent to everyone in the League or something....and have reminders at certain points of the season sent to every manager to remind them that they should send out their regular press release. Could have some sort of minor impact on the players' morale or something as well.....or maybe fans, if we add Fan Support and stuff into the game. Got a bit carried away, just some thoughts

Yeah...not sure about the extra undrafted 18yo being available in FA....maybe we can get a discussion on that. As for the 15yo to 17yo being drafted...doesn't entirely make sense. Even if you want to "take a risk" as you said earlier...I don't think that'd be smart at all...since you won't have much to look back on to determine their potential anyways. Rather, it'd be way smarter to wait for them to become 18yo, enter the draft, and then draft em(based off 3-4 years of development). Don't c that changing(wouldn't make sense).

The 15yo are meant to develop in the junior leagues(so that you've got something to look at as a GM to discern their possible potential) until 17yo, when they can be drafted. Even in RL, only certain players are available in the draft....I'm quite sure 15yo won't be drafted in RL for major leagues... In terms of the realistic feel and not being able to acquire young players(18yo-21yo) from the FA...that's the point of a draft. Even in RL, very rarely are there young players like that in the FA pool, they'll usually have their rights signed to a team. Not quite sure I fully understand what you were trying to get at....don't quite see the problem.

Sounds good. Obviously the Ava Bears are ahead of the game once again....we could just let it go(in which case, they'll be reaping the benefits of the advantage they've got for several seasons) or figure out a solution as "Gentlemen"? I mean, it'd be fine with 1 or 2 picks from bot teams...but Nic's jumped on quite more than that.... Once again, nothing personal Nic...I know its prob annoying that we keep mentioning you even though whatever you've done is perfectly legal as per current GPH rules....its just that people are losing interest....isn't as fun as we'd like it to be(as it was before...) and it won't be as fun for you either in the long run.

Yeah, it'd be nice to just select prospects in general as well. I guess selecting each type of prospect gets you the same results, just a matter of ease and comfort.

Hiya, Since the draft/prospects were added....it'd be nice to have those available in the drop-down menu for Transfer Needs. Teams should be able to let others know that they want to move their players for only prospects or draft picks(re-build situation). Great work so far Anders! Can't wait for Mitts and Lumber's first draft

+1 Anyone know what attributes come into play for determining a player's success in the shootout? Scoring, puck handling, etc....

I think Anders had said somewhere that he'll change this slightly sometime in the future. Definitely agree that the fitness stuff needs to be modified a little bit.

Having a trade deadline would be nice....adds another small level of competitiveness to the game. Not sure if 45 games would be ideal(75% of the season)...maybe be a bit later...like 50+ games. Let's enjoy the great changes Anders will be implementing in a couple days and then discuss this ;D

Honour "another" guy.....so you're saying 1C AND 3A? Or just 3A(this is what happens in RL...or usually 1C and 2A right? Something like that...). In terms of affecting the outcome, I don't really see how just appointing one of your Role Models as C(prob the one who is the best player) would be any different than keeping all of them as A. It prob wouldn't cost Anders too much time to make that change, but it doesnt seem to be worth it. Just my two cents.
