No reason, it must be considered a bug. I'll see if I can improve this further. But I agree that goalie injuries are more rare than player injuries. But right now there is almost no need to have more than two goalies on roster.

I get your point but I fear that it will result in a lot of signings and releasing which might not be so realistic. I think some of the issues that you experience might be solved when introducing affiliation/farm teams. Then you will have a lot more options when looking for reserves or backup goalies. More thoughts/ideas regarding this are most welcome.

I agree that this is a good suggestion and is actually already in the backlog. Most likely it's going to be included when adding staff (coaches) to the game. As of now Peter is right the players will train on the skills used in on the current chosen tactics. If you assign offensive training players will train the skills used in your offensive chosen tactic. If you assign defensive training players will train on the skills used most in your defensive tactic. But great suggestion non the less.

Hiring of staff is a high prioritised feature that I've been wanting to add for quite some time now. I'm hoping to release this feature in the next couple of months. It's only on the sketch board yet, but it will most likely include hiring of coaches, scouts, doctors, agents. What a coach could add to the game is something like; game breakdowns player by player, boost training for players, team reports, suggestions of best lines, suggestions of game tactics.

The "Big game" value is as you mentioned used in close 3rd periods, overtime, shootouts and important games such as playoff games.

You're right, loyal players won't value money as much as others. They will more likely go for the team where they think they will contribute and get most ice time.

I've had my fare share. Also made a lot of trades to rebuild my team. But centers are hard to find so both my first and second lines are using wingers at the moment

When adding Scouts to the game such filters will be available when assigning scouts on missions. Those missions won't be instant but take a couple of days

I've managed to get 18 yr old Lavala on the first day. I'm going to rebuild this season so young talent is high on the wish list.
