So first of all, I have not signed a single FA of those that have been generated throughout the season. Second, if you think offering "all kind of trades" is somehow gaming the system, you are delusional, my friend. You throw around words like "loopholes", while referencing normal in-game behaviours. Then, of course, behind the scenes, you beg me to trade my best prospect in-game. I'm starting to think this IS personal, and you need to take a step back, because at this point, you are making yourself look foolish. Appreciate the agreement on the rep issue though .

I personally do not mind 1-2 free agents generating every week or two, I think it adds flavour to the game and allows teams that are weak in certain positions to fill holes. Here is what I don't like - the current reputation format. I understand if teams have built up a "Legendary" reputation via FINISHING in 1st or 2nd in the league consistently. I do not like it when during this reset, the current top 2/4 teams in every league have "Legendary/Honored" reputation already simply based on current league position, and therefore have free shots at every FA that appears. This only serves to snowball stronger teams - there is a particular one that is already stacked in the West and also managed to get one of the latest FAs. Case in point with the most recent FA (87F) - the 2nd placed team signed him for over 1mil less than what I offered as the 7th placed team, purely on reputation. No fault of the manager involved, it's the right thing to do. However, if there ARE FAs appearing throughout the season, it is only fair that we have a nice, clean bidding war at this point, with an even ground for everyone. Otherwise, it is just silly.

@Glawing - thank you for pitching in, and @MattBerserkers - I appreciate the sentiment. @Peekaboo, I handheld you through the entire scenario through DMs, and yet here you still are. Not much more I can do or care to do in your case, so - best of luck.

To recap, a trade took place yesterday between my team (Red Tide) and Arcola Alligators that was perceived as unfair and was flagged by numerous managers, some enthusiastically accusing me of all kinds of cheating. I have been in discussions with Glawing for some time today as to how to best handle the situation - he has seen the messages between myself and the other manager involved, and will comment on this thread to confirm that no cheating took place. The trade will also be reversed. Here is a recap of what happened: 1) I had drawn-out discussions with the Arcola manager with regard to his player Gibazov (91F), sending him numerous offers, including Bowen(89C) that eventually went to the team. 2) The latest offer from me was Bowen (89C), and my GHL 1st for Gibazov (91F) 3) The Arcola manager countered this offer with Gibazov + 2nd for Bowen, which I immediately accepted because while it is unfavourable to him, I am not responsible for his decisions - I am responsible for making my team better. The offer was bad, but not so bad as to suspect any kind of foul play or self-destruction. 4) Some time shortly after my acceptance of the offer, the manager of Arcola resigned, making the entire situation seem entirely more shady. I proactively reached out to Glawing today to address the situation, providing my POV, and offering to reverse the trade. I appreciate the pushback of this community against cheating, which this would have been a blatant and easily noticeable example of, had it actually happened. That was awesome. What was not so awesome is some managers immediately jumping to arms and accusing me of shady dealings not only in this trade, but every other trade (you know who you are), and refusing to listen to my POV. Not fantastic for your health to have so much repressed anger, friends . I hope this clears it up. Glawing will comment below to confirm, and we can all move on with our season. Alex

I suggest placing a limit on the number of slots available to managers in the two farm teams, or decrease it if one exists. This will eliminate the tendency of teams from GHL and even SHL stockpiling useful players at a fraction of their salaries, which happens a lot. I myself have fallen into this pattern a couple of times, in Howitzer, because there is simply no drawback to signing a ton of players that could be stars in lower divs at a basically 10% if their salary. I've seen managers have 20+ players in there, if not more. This would make sense if populating farm teams fully actually did something, but I don't believe it does, at least in my experience. Setting a limit would free up a lot of good players on the FA, which, in a world that isn't flooded with high overall stars (I.e. the post-reset world) would only benefit from. Devs, a minor issue but in my opinion a significant one. Thanks, Alex

Thanks - got it solved on the bug report thread already).

Do not know if this is related, but my Waivers are operating abnormally. No matter how many players I have on waivers (currently 1), it tells me I already have 3 waived and can't move any more. Team is Slaughterville Red Tide, SHL. Can you take a look?

To add to this, in the Player Stats tab, it seems that only players that were on our team last season have stats displayed. Any new acquisitions (or the majority of them, anyway), do not have statlines.
