    I started season 1 in SHL and promoted after it directly. The 2 seasons on GHL I was 6th and 4th, made it to Playoff 2 and Playoff 3, so this time I hope for another improvement: end the season 2nd (ok, I take 1st or 3rd, too) and make it to the playoff final.

    My team is basically set. I would love to make some improvements, but the FA market is already empty for my level (nothing much at the start anyway) and it is hard to make any trades that suits me.

    West Chicago Protons (GHL) in here... I'm looking for top players, mainly forwards, but some defense is also wanted. I'm looking for improvement of my team, so I can either give you worse player with some room for improvement or 2 players for one. I have some on trade block, so have a look. But we can discuss other players, but as I said - I'm looking for top players, over 80 in overall. I have plenty of high-70 or 80 players, so no interested in here.

    Hey, I'm the manager of West Chicago Protons in GHL. We are currently 9th, but I hope to break into top8 soon. There is nothing in the FA, so I can't improve and training is very slow for my players. I hope you guys will sign some of the top FA goalies, so the pool is filled with some decent players we can sign. I already signed one form top5 goalies from FA, although I don't need him.

    Yes, it did. My question was mainly because I am about to promote to higher league, but I don't have enough money under the cap to sign some players in the last year of their contracts. I wanted to know how much time I have to make some space for them and if they become FA before or after my salary cap will increase due to the promoting to higher league...

    Very nice and already in great progress, Anders!

     

    I like the idea, but here some thoughts:

    - can multiple players be traded? If yes, there still might be cheating since 3 mediocre players signed yesterday from FA can be traded for one great player. Still, I think 2 for 1 or 3 for 2 trades should be possible and you can have one more thing against cheaters - the signed FA cannot by traded until the following season.

    - trades player for player are fine, but the game needs more. For example I'm close to delegation and I have player the is star in my league with release on relegation contract. I want to trade him and getting similar player is useless since he will not be satisfied in lower league. Solution? We need draft and trade-able draft picks!

    - please no drop on confidence for players on the trade block - nobody will put decent player on the block then. That does not have to be even true, some player might want to show up and play better with chance to get in a better team.

    Wow, the fights are important - in my last game there were 2 fights and the player who won the fight gave a boost to their team, so they scored exactly 30 seconds after (once mine, once opponent). 

     

    What are the skills good for fighting, endurance and physical? Spirit maybe?

    Hi Vincent,

     

    I'm curious about your PP. I have, at the beginning, tried PP with 4 forwards (or centers) and one defender and it was awfully inefficient. And I there were some SHG against me. Since then, I play only 3 forwards, 2 defenders and my PP is 1st in the league with very little SHG against me. But I have improved my team since, so I am open to new information. 

    Can you tell me what league, what is your PP rank in your league and are there any SHG against you? What tactics are you using?
