  1. He's not 57. but a 54 overall. It's a strategy, exploiting a glitch, to overcome some of the throttling in the game. Hint: If you noticed: he only plays as a back-up tendy. He may indeed be a part of a 'magical' team, but if his name was inverted from Arsen Head, to Head Inarse: that would be another kind of special.

  4. Hows abouts this: Game-World A (GWA), totally free-to-play, limited features. When full: open-up GWA2, GWA3, and so-on. GWB: low monthly fee, with increased game-features. When full: open-up GWB2, GWB3, and so-on. GWC: medium monthly fee, even more features, included GWB participation, and so-on. GWD: increased fees, even more features, included GWB and GWC participation, and so-on.
  5. Logged-in to Howitzer today, like every day, only to find 10 pages worth of messages. 10! ! ! ! In large part due to it being the time when the Euro-leagues do their recruitment. Can't get the print-screen to stick, but this one guy has 35 offers on the table. That's the most we've seen. Anyways: that's a boatload of offers!

  9. Glad Matt brought the subject up. I agree with Jessé Bibz' version: in the second round, the highest ranking surviving team should play-off against the lowest.
  10. Anyone looking to go all-in for the playoffs? We are willing to listen to offers for (D) Tadros (Violet Volcano). He is arguably the best player in Biscuit. Even at 36: league leader in D-man points; shots; hits; blocks; takeaways, and near the top in performance ratio. His -7 in +/- is due to the coach always matching him with our worst D-man. Our hope for the return are steep: a first-pair D-man between 22 and 26, plus a future #1 center, but we'll consider other offers
  11. Manager rep was totally useless for us, when we took our supposed "Worldclass" rep, and went back to the LIHL, with a new team. We were unable to even talk to any free-agent player above lvl 67. Only about half of the lvl 65 players would even talk to us. About 66% of the lvl 64's would allow us to negotiate a contract with them. Once the team won a few games: a few more players were listening. There seems to be a definite change with the team rep, but manager rep was zilch.
  12. Mitts has been frozen for about 8 days now, just like The Wizard said. - (Not a complaint, because we understand that Mitts is a prototype game-world, wherein it is a privilege that we are allowed to play.) - At least the players will be well rested for the playoffs...
  13. Good idea Exxeo. Perhaps there should be some restrictions, to prevent new managers from trading-away the future? Example: Only after managing the same team for 4 seasons, would the manager be able to trade-away their 2-year-out future picks; and perhaps an 8-year manager, could trade away the 3-year-out picks? - The worry is that some managers in desperate situations, will give the house away.
  14. Howdy Gentlemen. Mittsy has been paused for about 3 days or so. No info in the timer-information bubble. Any news? (Would rather get the heartbreak of another playoff upset out of the way, before Christmissy time.)
