  1. 19 games into Season 13, AAHL2 teams have played 8 games (coinciding with GHL games 12-19), but AAHL teams haven't played any.
  2. Thank you very much, Anders. Adding affiliate teams is the best enhancement to the game we've had since I started here almost a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, I encountered two bugs today. One is the invalid-spot-for-player bug that was mentioned above. The other is that a player I released is still on my team. The news says he's been released, and half of his salary is locked. Releasing him affected my team's teamwork and winner-instinct ratings. But, he's still on my roster, and I am able to insert him into my lineup.
  3. For the first time in three seasons, one of my players (a 20 year old) increased his overall skill level.
  4. The problem has persisted for more than two seasons. It feels like the NHL is turning into the Allsvenskan. Anders, are you having any success finding the source of the problem?
  5. The problem persists this season. http://uat.gameplanhockey.com/team?gpid=7 Every player on my roster and throughout the league appears to be affected.
  6. I have not done a thorough check to make sure that this is indeed the case, but it appears to me that no players this season are improving their skills at all. Aging players are deteriorating, so skill levels are not entirely fixed. I believe the problem with lack of improvement has been occurring all season. But, again, I have not spent much time ensuring that absolutely no players improved one iota all season. Thanks for looking into this, Anders.

    UAT Maintenance

Would it be possible to roll the world back to Day 1 or wherever we were when the maintenance began? After I logged back in, we went from Day 1 to 7. Thanks, Anders.
  8. I like these changes, Anders.
  9. This former 1st-overall pick somehow got out of his entry-level contract one year early. After I discovered that, I realized that a player I just signed also became a free agent one year too soon.
  10. Thank you very much, Anders.
  11. We're paused again. What did John Tortorella do now?
  12. I could live with this temporary solution. Actually, I wish we could stop the aging process like this in real life.
  13. I am definitely on board with agreeing not to poach other team's players who couldn't be signed to extensions after the expiration of their ELCs.
  14. I think a ban on trades with computer-controlled teams is the quickest and cleanest solution to the problem. It's overbroad, but it's objective and easy to understand.
  15. Nicolas, I thought the silence when you suggested scrapping the agreement meant that your proposal lacked support. Nevertheless, it's true that Nicolas isn't the only person who has made, before or after the agreement, the trades we're trying to stop. This agreement can't work if some owners never read the forum and are not aware of it. In addition, the newest rule about the top-10 prospect can be subject to differing interpretations. I'm not one of the early adopters to this game; I just started playing a few days before the pre-release interruption. I don't know Anders. I think we should consider whether the best solution would be for GHL teams to be flat-out barred from making trades with computer-controlled teams.
  16. Trading for the player drafted first overall as soon as the new season begins wasn't literally addressed in the opening post. But it sure conflicts with the spirit of the agreement. If trading for the draft pick before the draft is held upsets the competitive balance of the league, there is no reason why making the trade mere hours after the draft is held would have a different impact. Although NHL teams do try to exploit loopholes in the rules to their advantage, this league should be different. Stan Bowman doesn't have the opportunity to make trades with bots that even Mike Milbury could outfox.
  17. I'm on board with the agreement. Thank you for putting it together.
