It's in the folder, please read the instructions when you copy the FbPro98 folder contents we have into the installed one from a MOUNT and setup.exe , that HIKE.exe is 1.08 ! I just tested this again and works perfectly on Windows 10.

The file has been updated and there are new steps. It's working with these steps, I tested it on my surface pro windows 10 64 bit machine with a brand new install of the new instructions.
