How to download the Real Teams Mod

Hey guys, just posting one out two to download the MOD. I'm new here. If you can suggest guide or anything, please do. Thank you

I've downloaded the CTFM game, but I'd like to play with real teams, so, how do I download this Mod?

Is there anyone out there that can lead me in the right direction to download the real team mod.  I know it says you have to post twice in the forum to be able to get the file. Just a little confused
