In my league I have two prospects on my shortlist that I want to trade for.
 
It would be cool if in the action tab you could compare two or more players, specifically their traits, ratings, stats, and development chart.
 
That way I would be able to choose easily between the two said players and make a good trade.
 
I assume a comparison screen would work in other situations such as comparing players on your team to see which ones you should trade.
 
Let me know if this is in the game already because I think this would be very helpful.

I think it would be a fun idea to have a standings graph of teams on the league page. I've always found it neat to look at teams where they rank relative to each other after each game. Here is an example of what I mean:

I'd like to see these two player stats in the game:
Shooting Percentage (S%): To help people see who can score with limited ice time and who needs big minutes. Ex. Steven Stamkos has the best S% (17.3%) of active players who have played at least 100 games. While Nathan MacKinnon has the 273rd best S% at 8.5%. To see if a player is over preforming with an inflated shooting %. Can help you find true snipers. Help you to make trades.  
Game-Winning Goals (GWG): Helps you figure out who is clutch, and can log big minutes, and who can't. Ex. Logan Couture and Cam Atkinson have more GWG the past 5 seasons than captains Claude Giroux and Henrik Zetterberg.  We'll all see if the 'heroic' and 'stable' traits really make a difference. Can also help you make trades. I think they'd be a nice addition to a game based on numbers.

As Matt said though I am not in any way "abusing" you, insulting you or however you want to put it. I think it is good that you (or anybody) started this topic. All I did was tell you what Anders did based upon what he told us and give you advice on how to deal with the adjustments good and bad. Until he fixes the bad (or other in game issues) we are more or less stuck with dealing with the bad and I don't doubt that he will adjust or fix bad things with the game as soon as he can. Be patient and more importantly be realistic. Anders is working on this game alone as a hobby. It takes him time to code adjustments to the game. Thus telling him to fix something or else you will leave is more along the lines of throwing a fit than reporting game issues with a level head.
 
Exxeo what is the 19 year old players ambition rating? Also by the looks of it no matter his ambition rating he looks to have the lowest player skill rating. That of course is hidden now and we cannot see it. Of that rating when we could see it I got to see an 18 year old with that rating (before it was hidden) go down in skill despite being ambitious in ambition rating. That reason is why I stay away from players that don't grow much as all like the plague.

Can you give us a link to see play by play before we see the results of the gams?

Leafs is correct, almost as a pop up that youve had a game played when you log in so i cant see my record or anything i just want to click it and it carries me to the already simmed play by play so it feels real time.

It varies by league.
 
LIHL/IHL/BHL/SHL
- Top 2 teams automatically promote.
- Teams ranked 3-6 have a playoff against each other (3 vs. 6, 4 vs. 5).  Winner of each series enters a playoff against the teams ranked 13th and 14th in the higher league.  If the lower league team wins the playoff against the higher league team, the lower league team is promoted and the higher league team is relegated.  If the higher league team wins, both teams will stay in their respective leagues.
- Teams ranked 7-12 have a playoff just for fun, no relegation/promotion on the line.
- Teams ranked 15-16 automatically relegate.
 
Example of the promotion/relegation playoffs:
LIHL #3 seed beats the #6 seed and faces IHL #14 seed.  LIHL #3 seed beats IHL #14 seed.  LIHL #3 is promoted, IHL #14 is relegated.
 
GHL
- Top 8 teams have a playoff to crown the league champion.
- Teams ranked 9-12 do not have a playoff but are safe from relegation.
- Team ranked 13-14 will face the winners of the 3 vs. 6 and 4 vs. 5 playoffs in the SHL to determine promotion/relegation (as highlighted above).
- Teams ranked 15-16 automatically relegate to SHL.
 
Each playoff round is a best of three.

They'll usually open up right when regular season ends, so you'll have the entire playoffs to work those out
