NFL Head Coach on PC (old game by EA Sports)

I have Head Coach on the PC but I cannot get it to work in Windows 10. I get 2 error messages, first one says CreateDevice failed, the second one says The device does not support the queried technique. NFL Head Coach will now exit.

 

Can anyone play Head Coach in Windows 10? If so, how did you manage it?

I had the same problem. I used a NO CD fix from Gamecopyworld and launched it from the new .exe instead of the original one and it works perfect!
