Playing as FCS

I found that when playing as an FCS team, eventually I reach a day where the game won't sim past. 

It's difficult to reproduce and doesn't happen every time, sometimes it's my own team's game which won't process, sometimes my game ends but the day won't advance.  In this example, it's the Penn/Iowa game which seems to be causing the error.
