    As a huge MMA fsan, i would love something in the vein of Wrestling Spirit 3 but as an MMA version where you create your own fighter and only control them. I used to play a lot of the MDickie sims back in the day that had something similar but i prefer the text based over actual 3D stuff.

    Not sure if this would meet your criteria, but you could look at Wrestling Spirit 3 by GDS. Closest thing i can think of that matches what you want :)
