Is Phoenix the best built 'team' in the NBA?

I'm not necessarily saying they are the best in the league, just potentially the most well balanced and well built team from top to bottom. 

The talent is well distributed, and the only arguable weakness is at PF, with Crowder unable to battle with some of the bigger guys.

They're definitely one of the best built but I would put bucks a bit higher and the nets would be higher too if they can get chemistry and the whole kyrie situation figured out.

For sure, they have to much chemistry and very good bench players
