Who won the Portland (Gary Trent Jr.\Rod. Hood) / Raptors (Norman Powell) trade?

What's your opinion on this trade? I think Raptors won this from a long term pov.

Its a win win on both sides, raptors got some young pieces, but the blazers had to do something to help their depth. I still think portland doesn't have the talent needed to make it out of the west, but getting powell does help.

Really think its a win/win Trade but Blazers won it in the short time and Toronto in the long run if Gary resigns what he will do because hes a RFA  obviously
