1961 Reds Wrap up
Pitching
Ken McBride was the ace of the staff going 16-6. Sam Jones won the most games going 17-11 Juan Marichal bounced back from a dismal rookie season to go 13-11.
Batting
Ken Boyer finished in second place in batting average with .311. Jim Davenport and Dick Groat helped the staff. Rookie Lou Brock looks to have a break season next year.
One third of the Alou brothers had a decent season going .270. Reds look to draft a catcher for next season.
