    Just curious what the best practice setup is?

    As I continue thru the off-season & in season practices, all of my players OVR and skills (stars) seem to drop? they are never the same values from when I start the game to the first game of the season? Example: starting QB started as a 4 start but was a 2star when the first game came around...

    What is happening.. Skills shouldn't drop?!
