    OROY - Has to be Joe Burrow, hes being given the starting role on an up and coming deep threat team in the Bengals, if he can make the throws like he did at LSU, while adjusting to less time in the pocket he should be dropping dimes. DROY - If its not Chase Young i will be pleasantly surprised.
