The best simulator for a Football Player Sim League?

Have been very eager to start a Football Player sim league that will allow users to become apart of a league by creating a player and watching themselves play. Basically becoming a virtual football player.

 

However, I have been spending weeks looking into what is the best management game for this particular league. I need a simulator that allows a lot of custimization. Like player editing and league size/etc. Ive been leaning towards Professional football simulator, but i want to make sure i have the best simulator that brings a great experience for all.

 

Would love everyones advice on here,
