I think that they should create a thing where you can rebrand teams or change the league dynamics and make your own teams or change the teams around and custom edit players to make it easier.

I agree. I recently started playing the Pro game after playing the College game was a few years. I have been coach and GM of the Wizards for 7 seasons and learn new things about the game every season.

Watched the video and bought the game right away. Football manager has been one of my favorite games ever and I always felt that there is a void on the basketball world for not having that kinda game.
