Hi All,

Not sure if this has been asked before but i have been wondering what taking a job as a 1st, 2nd or 3rd is like in the game compared to being a head coach?

Does playing as an assistant let you control anything for the team, is there benefit to taking over as an assistant to a larger program vs head coaching a smaller one?
