How Do I get better at recruiting in CTFM

I am new to GM games and I need to learn how to recruit well does anybody have any tips

The recruiting is one of the focus points for one of the next releases, since it doesn't work well at the moment

This game looks unbelievable from what I have seen. The presentation, the control you have, I may have to cop

Go for it dude, it's definitely making up some gaps in the market and it's not expensive. 

I too would like some tips on how to recruit well, not just "the game looks great and it's not expensive."

Yes, I just download and like to read about games before I play them. TIA!
