I fudged up. I deleted or don't remember how to open the real team's file. It's downloaded. The ORIGINAL with fake teams pulls up just fine. Legit teams won't. Can someone give me a hand please? I never got to play it back in September, now's my chance and I can't remember how to do it. I've downloaded and checked it out once before with the real rosters. But now, my brain is mashed potatoes. By the way it is probably very easy for the first person to read this but it's 3:08 am and I'm going to be in the hospital until at least January 27th, so I promise that I'm technologically like box of bananas dumb with these things. How did you afford video games as a child? Specifically your first system. I'm trying to think how 7 year old me pulled off getting a Nintendo and 5 or 6 games to go along with it. I remember snow, so I'm thinking a Christmas gift. Not 100% sure, but damn close. Looks like the console was around $150.00 and the games started at $10 then up depending on the popularity. So it was X-Mas and the cost was around $200 in 1985/86 for the system and we'll say 5 games. I remember Mario of course. Kung Fu. 10 Yard Fight. Excitebike. Baseball. Pro Wrestling. Did they advertise these on TV? Like regular commercials? Just curious who remembers things like this. And it's my 2nd post. Gimme my DLC!

Was already a huge sports fan as a kid, but man... Getting my first taste of editing players, keeping stats with league leaders, lineups, attributes, schedule, etc. with Baseball Stars it was a wrap for me. Then I got hit with Tecmo SUPER Bowl. Are you kidding me? The Chiefs "Nigerian Nightmare" Christian Okoye bulldozing MF's up and down the field truck sticking before there was ever a stick to truck with. Finishing the season and rushing for like 12,000 yards with 200 touchdowns. Derrick Thomas with around 100 sacks each year.

Having just downloaded the game, I've % 100 activated DORK MODE and it feels pretty good. Not going to lie. So my question is this... What's new? From where the game started to now at the end of September of 2022. Have their been noticeable changes for the better? Have things been added that are loved? Have things been removed that you're pissed about? What's the difference between the 2 game modes? Pick from all teams vs. Choose one of the CPU selected teams. BTW, I don't know how to download (confidently) the real teams mod. Does that include the faces of the players? Are there more mods? What comes with this real teams mod? Anyway, thrilled to be here and to have found this. Ready to dive in shortly so that I can get to work on burning at least the next 30ish hours straight playing.
