Thank you for the responses. The breakdown of each tactic was great, much appreciated.

I recently joined the Howitzer World (BHL Clear Lake Enforcers). The team is in danger of demoting (52 games played in the season) and has a bunch of 1-way contracts, so I've been hesitant to change the team tactics as I've read your team plays worse while learning a new tactic. How bad is it? I'd like to change my PP and PK tactics the most. My team is currently 14th in PP and 7th in PK. Is it possible they'll be worse at the tactic initially, but just as good in performance (if it suits them better)? Though at 14th (17% success) can it get much worse? Thanks for any input
