I just recently got hired as a head coach for the first year and apparently, I have to hire 3 assistant coaches. When I click "staff" it comes up with possible applicants but I'm unable to select them to hire them for some reason. Anyone have this problem or know what I'm doing wrong?

Was referring to CBB '17 but I figured it out. Thank you though!

It may be very obvious that I'm new here and I apologize if this is the wrong forum or whatever but how do I download and install this game after I've purchased it?
