  1. I suggest instead of benching players for being in the blue, perhaps re-adjust their Ice-Time, such as moving a player on the PK First line down to the Second if they are not necessary. I tend to go with an 20 Man Roster. I highly recommend tailoring the Training to Goaltenders, if you have a Workhorse, take it easy on him, and his back up push him hard to stay in shape. With Defense I recommend going all Hard Defensive Training, to keep your Older guys sharp on the Defensive end of their game. Forwards you have to make the Distinction for yourself. Well I hope that helps.
  2. Were those players tired? That could do it, although Age, could factor in, and also the simple odds that were scripted. I've had my share of Injury problems the odd thing is it will hit the younger players, it could be as Alex said The thing is it may depend on tactics or the amount of ice time you give, if a goalie is really tired in the red tired, I think they have a likelihood of getting injured easier.
  3. True my salaries are more manageable, but sometimes I get a stiff the previous GM stuck me with. And 800 grand for a guy who is not really playing seems to be a waste to me.
  4. I've had my share, you might put him on Waivers, or trade him, If you can get someone to pick him up, or you offer him for a minor leaguer. You might try shifting a role, like maybe taking him from a playmaker to a Two way forward or maybe a Powerforward, I'm not involved in attack so I got no Bias here. One of my guys in New Haven, (SHL club) is being paid 866 000 for three years and is a fourth liner. Not a happy situation, but I'm making use of him.
  5. I need to unload 4 defensemen, they are pretty good players, but they got one way deals and I'm set on my roster, I'm looking for Minor Leaguers, prospects and Picks, the guys range from 75-79 overall. Santiago Bernard, Artem Prudnikov, Keith Reynolds, and Sergey Tikhonov are the men I want to unload. GHL managers you could add some of them for your minor league Clubs and SHL Managers who need defensemen, these 4 could certainly Bolster your roster. Their Salaries for most part are not bad.
  6. To add to your list, Stay In your Lanes, Conservative Traditional, as well as possibly adding more roles, they'ed be handy, like Shadow, Up and Down winger, Garbage Collector, Set up man, etc. I think it would make games and tactics more entertaining, and make the game a little more challenging. I agree more tactics are in need.
  7. I cannot see a player profile in Mitts, I'll give you the link so it can be fixed. Link: http://uat.gameplanhockey.com/player?gpid=1482
  8. I just think that maybe it would be good to have a farm system with human Managers, that way you have the More realistic Experience, maybe if you could hire a human Manager, and the only risk you have is that you don't get someone you like then you fire the guy. I understand where you are coming from.
  9. I think that for managers who are not competitive, and who aren't in it for recognition, like promotions and such, guys who just want to develop players. So I'm proposing that managers be able to Manage AAHL 1, 2, 3, clubs, so they can develop players and interact with other Managers, and it brings team work, as any hockey player knows, and I'm sure most Managers know this, there isn't one player in a team, so I think that this would bring in teamwork in Management.
  10. Heres the link to the Player Page. http://uat.gameplanhockey.com/player?gpid=8832
  11. Also I cannot see a player's profile, and I really want to send the guy down I've tried refreshing the Page, but it ain't working.
  12. Two teams are available in the BHL. Small Edit, there are 3 BHL teams availible in Mitts.
  13. I do wish we could change our Affiliate team's Towns, and players need to be more willing to play in the Minors, SHL even sometimes in the BHL I find it hard to sign guys who should be in the minors, but aren't willing to sign their Contract.
  14. Been waiting a while now and boy do we need this!
