(1) DUKE COACHES CLASSIC BROUGHT TO YOU BY: 1ST HALF: The 1st half started back-and-forth between Duke's Kevin Zinn and a surprise off the bench in Arizona State's Senior named Hay Benghi. Despite his limited time on the court, Benghi averaged a point per minute in the 1st half, scoring 7 points in his 7 minutes playing for the Sun Devils in the 1st half. HALFTIME SCORE - (16) ARIZONA STATE 35, (1) DUKE 31 2ND HALF: The 2nd half continued the back-and-forth play as Benghi's brief stints on the court kept Arizona State within point-blank range of the lead on Duke. Eventually, Benghi pulled a Stephen F. Austin and managed to pull off a 4-point play on a made three-pointer and free throw. Arizona State then took the lead for the final time with 44.4 seconds left on a Benghi jumper and added to it with a celebratory Benghi between-the-legs slam dunk with 10 seconds left. Duke hit a three-pointer with 6.1 seconds left, but the Sun Devils ran out the clock and held on for the upset.
