Between Protons and the Vandals, you guys have won 8 of the last 10 GHL titles (6 Protons/2 Vandals) with Vandals trying to repeat.

Trying to root for one of you in this series is like trying to decide which cousin I should try to kiss at the family reunion.

Haha, good one Steve.

Just a small update, it's 5 for Protons and 3 for Vandals ;-)

My team must be way under the radar if you missed again :P

Lol, I guess you have pretty ugly cousins :P

Anyway, back to math class for you ;)

But I think that more interesting is the fact that 7 out of 11 last PO finals (including this season) were between Vandals and Protons and only one final (in S12) was without either Vandals or Protons (since S4 inclusive). For me, this is impressive and I guess for the rest of the league, this is very annoying :) Sorry about that.

See, I do this just to test to see if anyone is actually reading my comments!  :)

I'm not even going to suggest what this means you think of your cousins!  haha.

But yes, annoying for us all, but I don't think there are many of us that would NOT want to switch teams with you, ha, so well deserved and VERY impressive run for you both.  Good luck tonight.  Is it possible both your teams are completely injured for the next 30 days?!?!  Anders, make this happen!

Congrats indeed. Well deserved cup. I think we were underdogs (maybe for the first time in our final appearances), but we made it interesting.

Thanks X and bouncer. Good series.
Some interesting players that retired.

Good luck everyone next season. Let the FA bidding war begin.

Yep, Pohorelec and Honda with 91 OVR and only 36yo. Bublik was not loosing any skills at 40, but at that age, I would understand it. Muller was too young to retire. I think Boller and Hartig are losses to their teams as well.

Yikes!  That is rough because I'm sure it's the same glitch that happened to me two seasons ago - and looks like it also happened to the Admirals today.

His overall did not drop, but his endurance did drop almost 20 overall during the season and he got to blue fit after one game. I think it makes sense he wanted to retire in his prime.

A day late, but Congrats Kim on another championship!  Vandals, Protons, Marauders are the GHL versions of the the Penguins, Blackhawks, Kings (in that order).
