I'm having players progress fine, but I did notice a few guys get worse one day and then better again the next.

I actually track my players progression every couple of weeks (started towards the end of of S10) and have noticed a very slight decrease in progress, but I think this has more to do with my players being injured so often this season and less to do with the latest release.  Players seem to progress less, if at all, when they are injured.  So nothing major noticed here.

In other words, cancel team a because I resigned from a team on one account and then created a team on another account?

I think he is saying that he has two accounts, one that is an all-star and one that is not. Now he's decided to abandon his all-star team and only play the non-all-star team and would like the all star status transferred over. Or else wants the accounts to have their teams swapped so that his all-star account is the account managing the team.
