Just wanted to know something. How many seasons does it take a manager before his reputation become successful?

I think it depends on your winning record combined with promotion success. I don't know a defined stat as to what that looks like but the more you promote the quicker you advance in manager profile. For instance, my Clapper team rose from the IHL pretty quickly so I got a quick bump in status. On the other hand, my Biscuit team took forever to get from the BHL to the SHL and while I had several successful seasons, it took me a lot longer to become "successful ".

Yeah, what EXXEO said.

I promoted from the IHL to BHL to SHL in 3 seasons, and then I got successful.

If you're interested in managing a gold or silver team right off the bat, getting to experienced will still allow you to manage those teams.
