By certain playoff games, I mean game 3 of a series after one team has already won 2 of the games. The series is already decided, so why should I as a manager be risking players to injuries for a pointless game if it will only hurt me in later rounds of the playoffs? Especially if I am aiming for promotion and have to play some relegation teams that have just had a chance to rest and heal their roster.

Last time I was in that situation, I had no injuries.

However, the series was a 2-1 loss, so I don't know if that would change anything?

My lumber team just had my top forward taken out for a few games in this situation, which is where my complaint/suggestion is coming from. I'd rather not risk my top players to injury and while I could switch them out myself, I can't do that if I am sleeping.

I both play fishbowl and lumber right now, so I am experiencing both ends of the speed spectrum.
