Great to see such commitment for a new world. The reason why I said the new world was probably going to be of slow speed is that it's the most popular among new users. And as many of you already said it's also the most stable world. But it's also true that the fast worlds reveals bugs before they affect the slower worlds, that's why the UAT runs on fast speed.
The main reason for adding a new world is to allow new users to discover the game and add more users to a growing community. With that in mind the slow or perhaps normal speed worlds is the best solution I think.
If not a Fast World, hopefully we can do a Normal World atleast. Or we could start a new type of World at 8H?
compromise^ ? Or actually it ain't a compromise... Well anyway. I'd lean more on Normal/Slow due to what Jusatin said if that 8h ain't possible. Would be willing to try it out tho if it's possible
True, but look at Lumber, it literally has 15 spots left...The fast world has FILLED the two lower leagues very fast and I think itd be good to add another one, but Whatever works for you !
Lumber has the 2nd most teams available.

How many Worlds exist at each speed currently?
2/2/1 if I remember right. Slow/Normal/Lumber(Fast?)
True, But almost all worlds are down to less then 15 available teams. Everyone likes different speeds. I dunno how youd go about spliting it up evenly
True, but then again it means that Lumber has fewer teams, but still other speeds have higher occupation % than Lumber. I'd probably go with what people want/game can handle, while leaning on the bolded, instead of forcing same amount of worlds of different speed.

It might be an if, but in the lower leagues, you will pretty much always find a bunch of managers on vacation/ready to be fired. So I think the point counts.

Any chance some new name choices could be added like my home town is Swindon in England it would be nice to call my team after our local team Swindon Wildcats and maybe some new kit styles and logo's to chose from.

All cities are taken from low populated areas in the US and Canada. This is to avoid association with real teams.
New kit styles has however been on my todo list a long time now. Just have to find the time :-)
