How is it that players who's status shows them as "Exhausted" still produce at an acceptable level? I've seen this especially with goalies as they continue to post shutouts with over 30 saves. Does this even affect performance?

Would love to see this in the general conversation because I've seen it in most every league...hate getting shutout by a guy who has to be carted off the ice after every match! I suspect a form of PED + Narcotic combo...only way to explain that!

Lost again to an exhausted goalie! In overtime no less. So I ask again...how?! Answer...yup, crickets!

I've heard of octopuses on the ice but not crickets. :D

I just completed a trade with another team. My offered players have been moved to the other team, but my team did not receive players. And now due to the glitch my team signs a "last minute" goalie replacement and proceeds to lose in a shootout to the 16th place team in the league. This is a real mess!

So first I read that there will be "increased penalty" for exhausted goalies. I then proceed to get SHUTOUT by a tired goalie. A very good goalie, but tired. Just doesn't make sense that one of the TOP OFFENSES in the league gets shut out by a tired goalie. Or is it because he's not yet "exhausted"? I don't really get it.

Based on the goalie mechanics of this game, my goalie would have been fit (in the blue though not green) before the game.

I've stopped putting in the backup, because I've seen teams dominate leagues with only one goaltender.
