Probably just a fan, but I'm working on translation for the game too.

 

P.S. Maybe on this forum I can find some developer/programmers? I'm looking for one because I want to create a manager game myself, but I don't know how to create it without knowledge of programming.

I think a lot of the guys here are trying their best but it's usually a passion of theirs. I don't see many that would program for free unless they saw an opportunity to make money. The games they are making right now are usually because they love these games like we do..

Not like the game which 'Codemasters' made, which was a disaster.
