Question for the admins.  Is there any difference in playing a C/F on defense - or a D at forward - as a two way player?  Like, is the two way role factored differently by position or is it basically the same thing?

I would have gone to my last games data and checked the detailed results but it has been too long so I can't. That said I think it is pretty much the same thing.

Edit: This does not mean that there isn't some kind of out of position penalty or something of the like.

I've noticed that when I play 4 forwards on a power play - even if the forward has 90-99 defensive ability - that I give up more SHGs.  Just wondering if there is an out of position penalty.

There for sure is out of position penalty, but I still play 4 forwards on PPs. :D
